Single Family Development
Development of housing for qualified low to moderate income individuals and familes in identified areas where the community need is the greatest within our service area.

Community Empowerment Conference
A movement established as a facilitator for progress and empowerment throughout our community. The philosophy of addressing issues in our community by working for excellence only, aid in the establishment and support of necessary institutions and implimentation of the Qadr (power) principle.

Qadr Principle of 10-10-10 where each individual member supports community empowerment by:
- $10/minimum monthly support
- 10 hours minimum monthly community service
- 10 persons invited annually to visit, learn about or join our community efforts

Youth Development
Programs for young people ages 16-24 serving the community by building affordable housing through mentorship while learning on-the-job training.
